management company in the Washington, D. C. metropolitan area. RHI currently operates
sixteen restaurants in the Washington metropolitan area.

Before entering the restaurant industry, Paul Cohn was a premiere
promoter and manager He introduced many of the nation’s top entertainers to the
Washington, D.C market as well as bringing local talent to world class status. His most
well known client was the top singing duo Peaches and Herb whose first album Too Hot sold
over 5,000,000 units worldwide in 1978.

In 1980, Paul Cohn owned and operated J. Paul’s on M Street in
Georgetown. J. Paul’s quickly became the quintessential Washington dining saloon, catching
the eye of Bechara Nammour, a principal in a London based international restaurant and
hotel company.

In 1982, Narnmour invited Paul Cohn to become a part of his new
restaurant management company, therefore acquiring J. Paul’s in what would become the
first of many restaurants they would create together Since that time, there have been many
successful restaurants that have made up the restaurant division, they include Paolo’s, a
popular Italian restaurant (there are currently five locations throughout the D. C.
metropolitan area); Cin Cin, an Italian Cafe in Gaithersburg, Maryland; the Georgetown
Seafood Grill in Georgetown; and Old Glory, All-American Barbecue;

Paul Cohn has the rare ability to create concepts that are both
contemporary and unique Other restaurants that Paul Cohn has created under the management
of RHI are The River Club, a supper club reminiscent of those in the 1920’s; Notte Luna,
