A PROPOSED RESOLUTION IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
To confirm the reappointment of Mr. Roderic L. Woodson to the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited
as the "Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Roderic L. Woodson Confirmation Resolution
of 2000".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of
Mr. Roderic L. Woodson

as a member and chairperson of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, established by
section 4(a) of the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, approved January
24, 1934 (48 Stat. 321; D.C. Code § 25-104(a)), for a term to end May 7, 2004.
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this
resolution, upon its adoption, each to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
